Whip butter with sugar, adding yolks one at a time, while mixing. At the end, stir with the foal of whipped egg whites. The resulting mixture divide into two parts. To one add cocoa and lightly stir. On a special grased pan pour one spoon of the dark mixture and one light. Bake (190-200degC) 45mins. sprinkle chilled cakes with powdered sugaror candied fruit, raisins and nuts.
