Chaincard Theme : Books

This is my favorite chaincard, with a theme that is very close to my heart. All the stamps here are fantastic, specially the user from Belarus has kindly added in a miniature sheet plus two extra stamps celebrating 480 and 500 years of bookprinting.

I love all the stamps in this card, and the member from Taiwan has added a lovely washi tape around the butterfly. This card has passed through UK, Malaysia, Thailand and Taiwan.

This card has traveled through UK, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and Malaysia.The illustration to 'A Midsummer Night's Dream' is probably one of my favorites.

This chaincard has traveled through UK, Malaysia, Serbia, Indonesia, and Thailand. The stamps used for UK are from 'Autumn' set in 1993. The Reynard card shows the story of Romeo and Juliet by Shakespeare.

Khaosan Road

Khaosan Road or Khao San Road is a short street in central Bangkok, Thailand. Its shops sell handcrafts, paintings, clothes, local fruits,second-hand books, plus many useful backpacker items. During late evening, the streets turn into bars and music is played, food hawkers sell barbecued insects, exotic snacks for tourists, and there are also locals flogging ping pong shows.There are several pubs and bars where backpackers meet to discuss their travels.
