Chaincard Theme : Cartoon Animals

This is possibly one of the cutest chaincards I've ever participated. All stamps are very unique. My most favorite are the stamps from South Korea, and the color coordination with the rest of the card.

Hanbok

The card shows the postcrosser in traditional costume, 'Hanbok', in Jeonju Hanok Village. Haanbokis a costume from Joseon dynasty era (1392-1910), and this design is quite common one from girls. Girls braided their hair before marriage, and after marriage tied their hair up in chignon during the Joseon Dynasty.

Bongwonsa Temple

The card shows traditional paintings of Bongwonsa Temple, in Seoul, south Korea.

Matriculation

This beautiful card is titled as 'Now and Past in Harmony. Also it says 'The Matriculation of a crown prince (Song-kyun-kwan)'.

Jeolgu & Ki

A Jeolgu is made by digging out the inside of a log and Gongi, a long club is used to pound the grain in the jeolgu. A Ki is an implement to remove chaff by tossing the grain up and down.
