Macedonian Cuisine

This delicious card shows us examples of traditional cuisine in Macedonia. The sender has explained the recipe of her favorite out of these, which is the second image. It is prepared by rubbing pieces of bread with garlic and olive oil, and grilling it in oven. Later, grate cheese over it and serve. Simple and delicious!I wish I knew what the rest of the dishes were. The women in the last picture are wearing their traditional clothes.
