Open Apple Pie

The recipe behind the card in Russian reads: 5-6 apples, 2 glasses of flour, 1 glass of butter, 3 yolks, 2 glasses of sugar, sugad powder, salt. Mix butter, sugar and salt, add bit by bit yolks and flour and put to the cold. 15 minutes later roll the mix and put to the dripping pan, greased by butter and floured. put the apples on the pie as a squama(without peel). strew the sugar and cinnamon. the parts of the pie made as rope and put to the hot oven. When the pie will be blush and apples will be soft take out of the oven and strew the sugar powder.
