Sour soup with Beans

The recipe on the back of the card translates to: 
For a pot of 5 liters : -300 pork ribs , 400 grams of sauerkraut , medium onion , 100 grams of dried beans , salt, bay leaf , vegetable oil. 
1 . Beans pour with boiling water and leave them for a couple of hours to swell. 
2 . Ribs Wash and cut into portions . 
3 . Rinse sauerkraut from excessive acid . 
4 . Dice the onion and fry in vegetable oil with cabbage -7 min . 
5 . In a ceramic pot and put ribs, cabbage, onions. Close pot with a lid and put it in an oven for 20 minutes . 6. Then refill the pot with 100 ml of water and put back in the oven . 
7. An hour later, add the beans in the pot, stir and stew for 1 hour . 
8. Then pour the cabbage with ribs and beans with boiling water , add salt and close the lid, increase the temperature of the pot of the stew for another half an hour, add the bay leaf. Enjoy it!
