Shaved Ice Dessert

Baobing is a shaved ice dessert common in China, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Vietnam. To create the dessert, a large mound of ice shavings are first placed on a plate. Then a variety of toppings may be added along with sugarcane juice or syrup to give a mild sweet taste. The card shows shaved ice with fresh mango topping.
