This cute and cuddly Koala arrived from Australia. It is a marsupial native to Queensland , New South Wales , Victoria and South Australia. It is a marsupial tree dwelling mammal and herbivore by nature. It weighs around 9kgs (20lbs). Its diet consists mainly of Eucalyptus leaves. They have thick woolly fur all around their body, protecting them from weather elements.They are nocturnal animals, active during the night and dusk and dawn. Being Marsupials, they give birth to their young ones and nourish them in a pouch, until old enough.
