Litti is a savory snack from Bihar state in India. It is made of wheat, sattu (powdered gram or lentil) formed into balls with spices, and then filled wit ghee (clarified butter), and spiced with ajowain, garlic, red pepper, mustard oil, salt and ginger. It can be eater with yoghurt, baigan bharta, alu bharta and papad.
