I received this beautiful card via private swap. Meteora roughly translates to 'Suspended in air'. These are a complex of Eastern Orthodox monasteries, perched high on top of these cliffs. The monastery shown in the card is known as 'Monastery of Roussanou', which was found in the middle of the 16th century.
