Sauerkraut with Cranberries

Sauerkraut is a delicious dish, which literally means 'sour cabbage'. It is made up of a finely shredded cabbage fermented using lactic acid bacteria. In the postcard, we see sauerkraut mixed with cranberries, sometimes carrots and apples are used as well. Also, in the plate we see  cucumber, nuts, and parsley as garnishes. Also accompanied are brown bread and tomatoes, with the ornamental wooden spoon and plate supplementing the visual delight.
